Sir Paul Mccartney - Mills Facing Legal Action Over Marquee

LATEST: SIR PAUL MCCARTNEY's ex-wife HEATHER MILLS is facing legal action from a local council in England - over her failure to remove a large pavilion from her garden.

The former glamour manikin is believed to have erected the tent at her $6.4 meg (GBP3.2 million) home in East Sussex, England, for her fortieth birthday party in January (08).

But the structure has remained in place always since, suggestion local residents to inn objections with government officials.

The district council ruled in favour of her neighbours and sign-language an enforcement order in May (08) in a bid to force Mills to take down the marquee, but the collapsible shelter has yet to be removed.

And now officials have set Mills a deadline to make rid of it - or they will accept her to court.

A spokesman for the council says, "She has now been given a compliance escort of 20 September (08) to have the anatomical structure removed.

"If it is not done by that metre we can start legal proceedings."
